Spring symposium 2012 will begin exhibit sales in January 2012. We plan to have over 250 members attend and offer over 50 exhibition spaces. Pricing and layout are available for previewing.

Sponsors were accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis. We reserve the right to give any unpaid sponsorships to waitlisted sponsors after the payment deadline.

Sponsors are responsible for acquiring their own hotel reservations and accommodations. Sponsors are also responsible for sending and claiming any shipments to the hotel.
